These are the radishes TJ and I harvested yesterday.I harvested a few other radishes about two weeks ago, but I had a hard time keeping them fresh. As it turns out, radishes have a short live if you keep the tops on them. I cut the tops off of these, and I'm storing them on a high humidity setting in my fridge. From what I've read, that should keep them fresh for at least a week or two.
Random serving suggestion:
Slice radish and serve on top of sausage and crackers. It adds a nice spicy flavor to compliment the savory sausage.
